1. Eligibility

• Padhai Karlo is for students in class 9 and above.
• If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms and give consent for your account, as the Privacy Policy describes. Parents who link to a child’s account agree to these Terms on the child’s behalf.
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree:

• To use Padhai Karlo only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended educational use.
• Not to engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform or other users.
• Not to copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or share our content (questions, tests, explanations, analytics, etc.).

3. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or show suspicious activity.

4. Privacy & Data Usage

• We collect and process personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• The information collected includes personal details, usage data, and transaction metadata (excluding UPI or Card Details), which are used to enhance your learning experience, provide customer support, and ensure platform security.
• We use secure HTTPS connections, access controls and other reasonable security safeguards to protect your data.
• We ask for consent as the Privacy Policy describes, including a parent’s consent for students under 18.

5. Payment & Subscription

• Daily tests on the Free plan are free. Other features need a paid plan (Silver, Gold or Diamond). Current prices and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page and in the app before you pay.
• Paid plans renew automatically each period until cancelled.
• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., HDFC BANK LTD). We do not store full payment details like card numbers or UPI IDs.
• You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• If we change a plan’s price or benefits, we tell paying subscribers at least 7 days before their next renewal. Changes never apply to a period already paid for.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Engage in piracy, unauthorized sharing, duplication, or resale of Padhai Karlo content.
• Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or security features.
• Exhibit abusive, disrespectful, or threatening behaviour towards our team or other users. Such actions will result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, and technology on Padhai Karlo are our intellectual property or licensed to us.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction will result in legal action.

8. Termination

We may suspend or close an account if:

• You violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
• You engage in piracy, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
• We are required to do so by law or discontinue the app.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We post the new version here with its date and tell registered users about important changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use Padhai Karlo after that means you accept the revised Terms. Last updated: 15 October 2026.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
