1. Eligibility

• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree:

• To use Padhai Karlo only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended educational use.
• Not to engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform or other users.
• Not to copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or share our content (quizzes, tests, Error Lab, content, formula cards, AI hints, analytics, etc.).

3. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or show suspicious activity.

4. Privacy & Data Usage

• We collect and process personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• The information collected includes personal details, usage data, and transaction metadata (excluding UPI or Card Details), which are used to enhance your learning experience, provide customer support, and ensure platform security.
• We utilize encrypted storage, secure HTTPS connections, firewalls, and access controls to safeguard your data.
• By using Padhai Karlo, you consent to our data collection and processing practices.

5. Payment & Subscription

• Some features are free; others require a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., HDFC BANK LTD). We do not store full payment details like card numbers or UPI IDs.
• All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We may update our subscription benefits, pricing, or terms from time to time, and such changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the Platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Engage in piracy, unauthorized sharing, duplication, or resale of Padhai Karlo content.
• Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or security features.
• Exhibit abusive, disrespectful, or threatening behaviour towards our team or other users. Such actions will result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, and technology on Padhai Karlo are our intellectual property or licensed to us.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction will result in legal action.

8. Termination

• You violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
• You engage in piracy, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
• We are required to do so by law or discontinue the app.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Padhai Karlo after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
