All payments made on Padhai Karlo are final and non-refundable. We offer educational services, digital content, AI-powered test preparation tools, and other features that are delivered instantly upon payment. Due to the nature of our services, once access is granted, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds under normal circumstances.

By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

2. No Cancellation Policy

  • Padhai Karlo does not allow cancellation of any digital plan, subscription, or course once it has been activated or accessed.
  • No partial or full cancellation is accepted once access to paid features (such as Error Lab, Book-Based Practice, Custom Test Generator, or AI-based feedback tools) has been granted.
  • Users are advised to utilize the free version of the app to evaluate features before subscribing to a premium plan.

3. Exceptional Refunds (If Applicable)

In rare cases where a refund is granted:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
  • Transaction charges, gateway fees, or administrative costs may be deducted
